What are your Warranties?
Answer:
Focus Interiors (Pvt.) Ltd warrants to you, the purchaser, that our product and all of its parts and components are free of defects in materials used and workmanship. “Defects”, as used in this warranty, are defined imperfections that impair the use of the product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but is null and void if the defects arise from abuse or misuse of the product. The products are not intended for outdoor use. The product must not to be used for standing upon, nor must the weight loading capacity be exceeded. Any damage to components due to abuse or misuse will invalidate the warranty.

What are your warranty limitations?
Answer:

1) The purchaser’s/client`s own fabric or other parts/material;
2) Defects caused by improper assembling or disassembling;
3) Defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements;
4) Damage caused by the carrier or during transportation of the product from one location to another location.

What is your return Policy?
Answer:
• The refund or exchange request must be made within 7 days of product receipt;
• All returned items must be in new/original condition;
• All original packing material must be kept for return. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all packing materials, boxes and documentation for any return. Focus Interiors (Pvt.) Ltd is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer;
• Customized products in design, color or in parts are not returnable and refundable in any case;
• Custom made products ordered (change in design, color or parts) is not refundable and returnable in any case;
• Focus Interiors (Pvt.) Ltd will have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, negligence or accident;
• A copy of the Proof of Invoice or Receipt must be provided along the returned product.

Can I customize the furniture on my order?
Answer:
Yes, you can place customized furniture order according to your requirements if it qualifies in our system, but these products would not be returnable or refundable in any case.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Answer:
Our quality control and policies are very strict so the chances of damages are very infrequent but if this happen from our side we will bear the damages; the damages from the customer’s side would not be compensated in any case, occurred to the furniture.

What is your cancellation policy?
Answer:
Products order can be canceled within 7 working days after the placement of order, but customize design products cannot be canceled if the order has been moved in production.

How do I place an order?
Answer:

How can I pay for my order?
Answer:
• You can transfer the payment online in our bank accounts.
• You can pay cash at the time of placing the order.
• You can give valid cash cheque at the time of order placement.
• You can give or send us crossed cheque in favor of “Focus Interiors (Pvt.) Ltd.”

What are your office and showroom hours?
Answer:
Showroom timing is 11.00 AM to 9 PM for Monday-Saturday, and 1 PM to 9 PM for Sundays.

What kind of products do you sell?
Answer:
We specialize in Office as well as Residential furniture, including Seating, Tables, Desks, Storage Accessories, Chairs, Workstations, Institutional Furniture, Beds, Consoles, Sofas and all sort of residential and corporate furniture.

Are the prices negotiable?
Answer:
Yes, our prices are negotiable depending upon the quantity ordered.

Do you have interior design or space planning services?
Answer:
Yes, we offer complete packages regarding Architectural and Interior design services.

Do you deliver and install your products?
Answer:
Yes, we can deliver and install products upon customers’ demand throughout Pakistan.

Will you come and measure/document our space for us?
Answer:
Yes, our Architectural team is available for these services.

Do you sell/ship your product overseas?
Answer:
Yes such arrangements can be catered upon customers’ demand.
